While our primary focus is child sponsorship, there are many additional needs that we look to meet. Emergency relief, emergency medical needs for students and teachers and costs for building and substantial repairs to existing schools.

Child sponsorship costs only $15/month.

Did you know only 20% of Haitian children who want to go to school can actually go?

Help us address this massive challenge.

You can ensure a Haitian child receives an education. We currently support 11 schools and 4,761 students, with a plan to increase these numbers each year.

Our unique ‘matching programs’ see local communities paying a percentage of the costs needed to run the school while Joy and Hope covers the rest (65-90% of costs).

Notice to Donors

Should donated amounts dedicated to these projects exceed the amount needed, or if the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, the board reserves the right to redirect excess funds to other Joy and Hope projects.
