Cambefort School

This is an inner-city school, located in downtown Cap Haitien. In 2019, Joy and Hope was able to raise the funds to purchase this school, thereby saving it from closing. Roof replaced in 2021. Clean water is provided by a reverse osmosis system, supported by generous donors in Canada. Classes are held in cramped, rudimentary conditions, yet the students and staff are dedicated and courageous.
